Think Accountancy and Finance is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable/Credit Control/Sales Ledger to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your own ledger and aged debt and make a real impact by minimising risk and maximising cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own ledger of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of receipts.
  • Proactively handle aged debt, working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Allocate customer receipts and reconcile accounts to maintain a clear understanding of debt position.
  • Deliver invoices and statements with accuracy.
  • Process debit and credit notes as needed.
  • Use customer Spend Management Portals, to upload invoice data and secure payments.
  • Process monthly direct debit payments for customers.
  • Tackle any ad hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident, friendly communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, determined, and able to manage your workload efficiently.
  • Experience in credit control is a plus, but not essential.
  • Hands-on team player with high attention to detail.
  • Forward-thinking and Excel literate.
