Location:Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23

Competitive Salary:£24,000pa(flexible on experience and qualifications)

Days/Hours:Monday-Friday // 8.15am-3.15pm // Term Time Only

Nursery Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification or above in childcare
• Room Leader/Third in Charge/Deputy experience
• Provide stimulating care and education
• Fully compliant with regulatory requirements
• A sound knowledge of child protection procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive, creative, confident, and approachable
• Assist the Nursery Manager
• Ability to increase and maintain occupancy through parent partnership programmes
• Capable to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
• The right to work in the UK
