Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Night Cleaning Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Watford. This stunning hotel features 215 bedrooms (including 26 mansion rooms and 12 suites), 30 meeting rooms, a luxury spa, and a championship golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the night cleaning team
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Ensure all cleaning procedures are correctly implemented
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
- Oversee the use of PPE, cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines
- Ensure a strong attention to detail and passion for high standards
Role Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40 hours per week (night shifts only)
