Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating scheduled maintenance work, acting as the main point of contact for site queries, and ensuring that all jobs progress smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Scheduled Maintenance: Plan and manage scheduled maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Main Site Contact: Serve as the primary contact for any site queries or issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.

Monitor Job Progress: Ensure all jobs are progressing as planned, making necessary adjustments to keep them on track.

Collaboration with Sales Support: Work closely with sales support teams to provide accurate quotes, estimates, and costings.

Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, Site Supervisors, and other teams to ensure smooth job execution and service delivery.

Manage Equipment and Resources: Monitor and manage job equipment and resources to maintain high service quality.

Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate job sheets and reports to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a facilities coordination or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.

Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
