We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents to support our client responding to inbound calls.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service and the customer journey. An excellent telephone manner is required, as is a strong desire to provide a consistent outstanding service whilst responding to calls and emails.
Full training will be provided.
Shift rota basis Mon to Sunday between the hours of 8 am and 8pm, 5 days per week. Temporary and ongoing.
Pay Rate - 12.31 per hour
Please note acceptance onto the role is subject to a clear DBS and Credit Check.
