As the Banqueting Head Chef, you will guide your team of 7 to success in creating a variety of delicious dishes for all manner of events. From business conferences to more intimate affairs such as weddings and family get-togethers.
You will have experience working in large-scale 4 or 5-star hotels catering for 500+ guests.

Responsibilities as the Banqueting Head Chef
- Creating a wide array of delicious dishes to be served at a variety of exclusive events
- Leading, managing and motivating the banqueting kitchen to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade

You will be responsible for going above and beyond to meet and exceed the clients expectations, creating a diverse range of cuisines and making the most of the hotels access to local sustainably sourced ingredients.
