Starting at 5:30 in the morning, you will be an early riser and also have experience working the breakfast service in other high-end restaurants and hotels.

- Preparing the ingredients for a variety of breakfast dishes, from traditional full English breakfasts to healthy and free from options
- Continuously striving for improvement in your culinary skillset

As a Breakfast Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest has a positive start to their day with a delicious breakfast. This will involve the preparation of fresh and seasonal ingredients, some of which are grown on the hotel's grounds!
