Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as part of a passionate and skilled kitchen team.
  • Ensure consistency in food presentation and taste, following the venues culinary vision.
  • Work closely with senior chefs to develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
  • Assist with stock management, portion control, and minimizing food waste.
  • Support junior team members through guidance and training.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the menu and guest experience.

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
