Responsibilities as a Commis Chef
- Creating a variety of high-quality dishes packed with flavour, using sustainably sourced ingredients from the hotels spectacular kitchen garden
- Gaining experience in a dynamic kitchen environment, working on the menus British classics as well as casual offerings
- Taking part in industry-leading training and development programs
- Learning from a team of talented chefs who are eager to pass on their expertise and help you progress in your culinary career
