My client an independent gastro pub that has recently been taken over, are looking for a dynamicHead Chefto help shape a new direction. With a focus on quality, creativity, and fresh local ingredients, the aim is to create an exciting, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
The Role:
As theHead Chef,you'll have the opportunity to design innovative seasonal menus and put your creative stamp on the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and ready to help drive the success of a newly revitalised pub.
What We Offer:
Up to£45,000 per annum

What Were Looking For:
A passionate, driven chef with previous experience in a leadership role
Creativity in designing dishes and menus
A strong understanding of kitchen management, including stock control and food hygiene standards
Someone with a genuine love for food and innovation, who wants to be part of a growing business
