Responsibilities as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of picture-perfect pastries and desserts to be served throughout the hotel
- Communicating with the team to ensure consistently high-quality pastries
- Perfecting your knowledge of the classic culinary techniques
- Mentoring and coaching Commis and Demi chefs to help them hone their skills and improve their techniques
- Embracing the hotel's excellent training opportunities
