Client Relationship Manager - Watford - c£45,000 p.a. +Benefits

Whilst they are a commercial business, this position involves growing and maintaining existing clients and being the first point of contact for all incoming queries and escalations. Therefore, communication skills and an ability to engage with customers is a highly beneficial attribute for this position.

If you are either looking to build or further develop existing account management skills, this role will offer that opportunity as you will be working with a hands on Business Development Manager.

It is a fast-paced environment and will allow you to be a key part in supporting the growth of the business and gaining satisfaction by overseeing developing relationships from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Working with clients to understand their evolving needs.

- Work with the operations team to troubleshoot any issues.

- Provide regular reports on account status, service performances and areas of improvement.
