The Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with appropriate solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
