An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, covering London and the Home Counties. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in sales and business development within the building services industry. With a blend of remote and office-based working, this position offers flexibility while providing valuable hands-on experience.

The Role:

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will support the growth of our service business by assisting in the development of long-term service contracts and sourcing project work such as energy efficiency upgrades. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your skills while making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building new relationships with FM professionals and end-user clients.
  • Support the maintenance and growth of existing client relationships.
  • Research new markets and identify business opportunities.
  • Help implement sales strategies tailored to different customer segments.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist in closing sales.
  • Manage customer accounts and update CRM databases.

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in business development, sales, or account management (desirable but not essential).
  • Interest in the building services or HVAC sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to travel within London and the Home Counties.
  • A valid UK driving license (preferred).
