We are thrilled to be working with a highly successful Bridging Finance lender who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing? Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and a strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and content creation? Bridging finance experience would set you apart from the competition, although we value quick learners who can rapidly grasp industry concepts so if you have a background within any kind of financial services, then we want to hear from you!

You will work closely with internal teams and provide updates to the executive team, managing budgets and trying new initiatives and managing B2B and B2C campaigns, so you will need to be versatile and hold strong interpersonal skills.

As Marketing Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, forward thinking team, as well as being part of a wider industry that values creativity and flair. You will have the opportunity to innovate and implement your own creative stamp on the marketing strategy. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years worth of Marketing experience, due to the nature of the role.

Our Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross channel marketing strategies aligned with investor and broker goals
  • Set department KPIs and manage the marketing budget
  • Manage the existing marketing team, providing direction and professional development
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Oversee the digital marketing and social media management
  • Plan and execute broker led events and industry conference participation
  • Coordinate merchandise production and development
  • Develop and oversee all communication strategies from the business as well as internal communications
  • Track and monitor KPIs and reporting across marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and engagement metrics
