Role Description

Working closely with many of our most successful franchisees, this is a high-profile role overseeing the rapid expansion of all the 'Virtual Territories' across our network. This is a full-time hybrid role as an Online Recruitment Business Development Manager at Driver Hire Nationwide, youll oversee business development across online and face-to-face channels, driving recruitment success and managing key e-business strategies.

The Online Recruitment Business Development Manager role involves

  • Lead online and face-to-face recruitment business development initiatives
  • Implement and manage e-business strategies to drive growth in virtual territories
  • Oversee sales activities, ensuring alignment with company targets
  • Coordinate project management tasks to streamline operations and support franchisee success
  • Manage your own schedule with full autonomy
  • Travel within the region, staying away from home 1-2 nights per week as needed

Qualifications

Blue collar temporary recruitment management experience
