Technical Sales Manager - Vacuum Pumps South East England£56,000 + 25% bonus, Car allowance and excellent benefits

Partnering once again with this leading manufacturer of Vacuum Pumps, Elevation Recruitment are looking for a driven Technical Sales Manager based in the South-East of England.

Our client is keen to bring on board someone with experience in Vacuum Pumps or related.This is an established region so the role will be nurturing the existing account base alongside driving new OEM business.

Technical Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the existing client base in the South-East territory

• Planning, researching and executing new sales opportunities in order to drive profitable market share growth for the business

• 50/50 split new business development / developing existing accounts

• Work with sales and marketing team to develop strategies that generate leads, attract new customers and ultimately increase sales

• Proactively use CRM system, taking a data driven approach to improve sales efficiency

• Responsible for organising your own diary and visits

Technical Sales Manager Skills & Experience:

• Experienced technical sales professional with proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Must have a qualification in Engineering or be able to demonstrate a good level of technical aptitude

• Experience with vacuum technology is extremely desirable

• Must be a success-orientated, driven, ambitious individual

• Passionate about sales and delivering value for customers

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Must hold a full UK driving license as this is a field-based role and regular face to face contact with customers is expected
