This freelance role is set to begin in January 2025 and will last until October 2025, offering a daily rate of £350-£375 outside of IR35 or CIS.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the electrical building services sector.

Qualifications include relevant certifications such as City & Guilds/NVQ Apprenticeship, 2391 Testing and Inspection Certificate, and 18th Edition, along with SMSTS or SSSTS.

Remuneration

We are seeking a Electrical Project Manager with at least 6 years of project management experience in the Electrical building services sector. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding ofElectrical Installation and fitout.

You will manage large-scale projects valued at £4.5m, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

Overseeing project delivery, including procurement, cost management and reporting.
Ensuring adherence to on-site health and safety standards and quality assurance.
Client progress meetings.
Management of sub-contract packages.
Representing the company professionally in client and business associate meetings.

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:

Proven experience in the electrical sector. i.e. full City & Guilds/NVQ Apprenticeship, a 2391 Testing and Inspection Certificate, and 18th Edition.
SMSTS or SSSTS
Strong skills in asset procurement and cost management.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
A history of managing projects with a value range of £4million plus.
