Electrical Project Manager is required. Our client is looking for a Electrical Project Manager. The project is based in Watford and is a conversion of a 2 storey office building to a healthcare testing pharmaceutical facility which runs for 12months which then will role over to the new project. Our client is looking for a Electrical Project Manager who haspreviously managed commercial or pharamaceuitcal projects. We will consider Electrical Project Managers who are looking for eitherpermanent or freelance.
Your Duties as the Electrical Project Manager

Working closely with clients to gage project goals, design, scopes and budgets.

Site Management

Monitoring and maintaining Projects delivery.

Making sure to project is run toprogramme

Issuing & approving quotations and variations

Oversight of all health & safety on the project with teams help.

Project Management

The implementation and control of all health and safety procedures.

Reviewing RAMS, permits, construction plans
- Running a team of Supervisors and Managers
The Pay for the Electrical Project Manager will be 350- 400pd
