In this role, you'll manage in-house maintenance routines, ensuring smooth system operation and high service standards. Collaborating with internal teams and contractors, you'll conduct inspections, handle defect reports, and support risk management. You'll also maintain accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance.

This role would suit a Building Fabric Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, receive training and qualifications in fire safety and building maintenance, and progress into management with flexible working options.

The Role:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections, including Fire Door compliance and Emergency Lighting testing.
  • Report defects and incidents, taking corrective action when needed.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and Site Teams to support risk assessments and routine testing.

The Person:

  • Experience in routine and proactive maintenance in the built environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with IOSH, FDIS preferred.
  • Based in Watford or easily commutable to
