Whilst they are a commercial business, this position involves growing and maintaining existing clients and being the first point of contact for all incoming queries and escalations. Therefore, communication skills and an ability to engage with customers is a highly beneficial attribute for this position.

If you are either looking to build or further develop existing account management skills, this role will offer that opportunity as you will be working with a hands-on Client Relationship Manager.

It is a fast-paced environment and will allow you to be a key part in supporting the growth of the business and gaining satisfaction by overseeing developing relationships from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Help transition new clients from sales prospect to retained client.

- Guide new clients through the onboarding process

- Attending exhibitions and meetings face to face when required to build rapport, present or carry out training.

- Conduct training sessions to speed up and ensure correct adoption of ICAB process.
