Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are delighted to be supporting a successful and growing organisation in Watford, who due to expansion, are looking to appoint an additional Sales Agent. This is a full-time (Mon to Fri), permanent opportunity offering a Competitive Salary and the opportunity to earn additional commission.Please note, this is an office-based role with the potential of working from home one day per week after probation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound Customer calls and converting to sales
- Following up on previous enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
- Making outbound calls (warm) to follow up on email enquiries received
- Resolving customer queries
- Working closely with the Customer Services Team
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
Skills and attributes required:
- Previous and recent telephone sales experience (preferred)
- A great communicator with the ability to build rapport easily
- A passion about achieving goals and comfortable selling products and services that fit a customer’s requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hungry to learn
