The company have been established for 30 years and are specialists in commercial and domestic property repairs and management. Due to constant success they are looking to add to their close-knit team.
In this highly varied role you will visit sites, supervising insurance remedial repairs ensuring customer satisfaction and that maintenance works are completed on time.
This role would suit someone from a building / property background looking to step off the tools with an expanding company that will provide you with technical training and career progression.
The Role:
- Supervising insurance claims & repairs.
- Domestic and Commercial property management.
- Monday to Friday.
The Person:
- Trades / Building or Property Management background or similar.
- Supervisory / Management experience desirable.
- Based North West London or surrounding.
