Due to continued growth and success, they are expanding their Project Management team to support the delivery of a wide range of refurbishment and new build projects.
While the current portfolio is education-focused, future projects will expand into sectors such as healthcare, retail, and hospitality-offering you the chance to broaden your professional horizons.

Your New Role - Project ManagerAs Project Manager, you will be part of an expanding, diverse team responsible for the procurement and delivery of a wide range of construction, mechanical, and electrical projects. Your duties will include:
- Design and specification writing
- Contract administration and project management
- Producing feasibility studies, condition surveys, and asset management plans
- Client communication and management
- Supporting bid consultancy projects and potential CAD work (depending on experience)
This role offers a dynamic mix of site-based and office work, giving you the variety and flexibility to keep things engaging.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Degree in Building Surveying, Project Management, or a related field (RICS-accredited preferred)
- Experience working within a surveying consultancy environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills
- A proactive, positive attitude with strong collaboration skills
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to commute to Watford
