Overview

You will be a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist. As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing training needs, and providing strategic recommendations to align learning and development programs with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for fostering continuous growth within individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to develop and execute a learning strategy aligned to Global Operations vision, goals, and values.

Create a framework to support and guide the implementation of innovative learning ideas and models across Global Operations, including contributing towards the ideas of the wider S+N business.

Align all aspects of activity to the Global Learning and Development strategy, supporting its approach, goals, and implementation.

Support the organization through an innovation journey, championing a culture of learning maturity through innovation, agility, and adaptability.

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation models.Proficiency in designing and delivering a variety of learning interventions, , instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, embrace innovation, and stay current with emerging trends in the learning and development field.Relevant certifications in learning and development, instructional design, or talent development are desirable.

Education:

Minimum bachelor's degree (Business, Human Resources, or relevant subject) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Member of an associated HR or Learning body - desirable
