Credit Control Apprenticeship
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Join our Credit Control team as an Apprentice! In this role, you’ll need strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers over the phone and via email as you work on chasing aged debt.

- Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Time Management Skills, Telephone Manner
- Qualifications: Other GCSE or Equivalent English & Maths (Grade 4-9) Desired
Your Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Sending out copy invoices, proof of delivery or credit notes where applicable
- Support in dealing with queries and credits for customers
- Other ad-hoc credit control/office duties
Training includes:
- Credit Controller and Collector Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 2 Certificate in Credit and Collection
- CICM Certificate Credit Collection and Business Environment
