Credit Controller/ Customer Services - Watford - ONSITE - £30,000 + Bonus
Are you a Credit Controller or customer services professional with some exposure to Credit Control who is keen take on a role where you will be involved in driving the direction of the business.
Our client are a well-respected growth business who are based in Watford.
They are seeking someone to work alongside their current team and manager on and due to their commercial success in the last year, there is now a backlog of aged debt, with some of this being more complex to identify and collect, and your role will focus on this area. Ideally you will have strong Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables) and be able to be onsite 5 days a week.
There are existing, robust processes in place and this role reports into their supportive Credit Manager. You will work alongside the existing Finance Team and interact with non-finance personnel and clients in order to achieve a successful outcome.
Excellent communication skills are clearly essential.
