Customer Claims Handler

Salary 30k circa

(Based in the office Monday to Friday)

Our client is well established within their industry for over 20 years. Currently looking to recruit a Customer Claims Handler to join their in-house team.

Your role

  • Work closely with internal teams to help with claims
  • Work closely with external clients such as Insurers and building professionals
  • Coordinate works between all parties
  • Scheduling and diary management
  • Record and monitor work as per agreed schedules
  • Update in house systems
  • General admin support

Ideal candidate

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads
  • Time management
  • Good IT skills
