Job Title: Customer Sales Technical Advisor
Location: Watford
Working Hours: Office Based, Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 (STE)
Job Description: Our client is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Sales Technical Advisor with a strong interest in DIY and power tools. The ideal candidate will have previous inside sales experience and a background in DIY would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails, calls, and occasionally in-person inquiries regarding product sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice on our range of products.
- Collaborate with our social media advertising representative, for product training sessions.
Requirements:
- Passion for DIY and power tools.
- Previous inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical advice.
- Office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
