One of the largest medical technology companies in the world is seeking a Finnish-speaking Client Service Representative to join their team at Watford Business Park. This exciting role is ideal for a proactive and independent Finnish speaker with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage complex customer queries. You will play a key role in providing specialised support for medical devices and services in a helpful, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role offers flexibility, with a hybrid working model in place after initial training (2 days from the office and the remainder from home). The company provides all necessary equipment, on-boarding, and comprehensive training. Working hours are Monday to Friday with flexibility from / 07:00 am to 08:30 am to 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer support operations by delivering outstanding service and technical assistance via phone and email across the Finnish-speaking market.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to medical devices and services, applying active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently to investigate, analyse, and offer tailored solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, providing expert guidance and advice on products and services.
  • Continuously update and maintain knowledge of systems, products, and the healthcare industry to offer precise and timely support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure all inquiries are handled within set response times and quality standards.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should be a highly motivated, Finnish-speaking, customer-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working autonomously, demonstrating initiative, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Required Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or help desk roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive results.
  • Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare services, or a similar technical industry is a plus.
