We are seeking a dedicated Data Centre Shift Leader to join adynamic team on a flagship contract Watford. In this role, you will oversee a two-man shift team, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence in our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a two-person shift team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations within the data centre, ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed.
- Monitor and maintain critical systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, particularly in high voltage (HV) environments.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Critical environment - ideally a Data Centre
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preffered
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with high voltage (HV) systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
