Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with an international company on an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join their business on a project. The company is within the medical industry, and we are looking for someone who is analytical, process driven and available to work ASAP.
This project is expected to last for 2 months however, we have temps who joined on a 6 week role who are now approaching their 40th week! As their business continues to grow, they often have opportunities for those skilled in data.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, loves data and is happy to get stuck in with a project.
This position is mainly remote, with the requirement to live within a 20-mile radius of their Head Office in Watford as occasional attendance to the office is required.
£17ph Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Duties:
- Checking catalogue data
- Analysing the data on Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required)
- Identifying trends, patterns, and incorrect information within data
- Identifying and correcting incorrect data
- Checking information on new products is recorded correctly
Duties we have had on other projects
- Supplier liaison and onboarding
- Inventory reconciliation (on-site)
- Project tracking (overseeing projects and assigned works, ensuring information is up to date)
Candidate requirements
- Expert user of Excel and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven track record in data analysis and affinity with numbers
