Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an AOV (automatic opening vents) Engineer, you will be:-
- Covering into London 80% of the time with the rest of the sites being in the surrounding areas and counties
- Working with long standing FM commercial clients
- Working on fire curtain maintenance, smoke and fire alarm maintenance, testing and service on AOV equipment as well as remedial works, ventilation maintenance, electrical panels maintenance, and testing smoke vents
Skills needed to be an AOV (automatic opening vents) Engineer:-
- Living anywhere in or around the London / M25 area would be ideal but they would also look at anyone in the surrounding home counties
- You need some sort of experience working on ventilation and automatic opening vents
- Good electrical and mechanical experience would be needed - qualifications in this would be beneficial but not essential
- Having your CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA would be beneficial but is not essential
Salary and Benefits of an AOV Engineer:-
- 40-50k basic salary depending on experience
- 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays
- Engineers monthly performance bonus - £100 to £500 per month
- Van, phone, fuel card specialist tools
- Overtime available - no call out rota
