This position isstatic, covering a large commercialsitein Watford,on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role as aMaintenance Electrician

Planned and reactive maintenanceon a range of electrical and building services equipment (emergency lighting, sockets, 3phase, basic mechanical)
Maintenance Electrician, this is a single man site, so you will oversee sub contractors, rams. (All specialist mechanical is contracted out such as ac, gas, etc)

What you'll need to succeed:Maintenance Electrician

Electrically qualified: Parts 1&2, 18th, etc
Experience doing maintenance of electrical systems within a commercial building
Must live within a commutable distance of Watford
