Are you currently in an ER role actively seeking that next step role in your career within Employee Relations?

Our client is looking for an ER Specialist full time, 8-4pm one week and 9-5.30pm the week after etc. 3 days office and 2 days home working. Working as part of a dedicated and friendly ER Specialist team of 14, you will be providing ER support to sites, field operations and head office functions.

You will manage on average a portfolio of around 25-30 cases at any one time and be advising on a variety of issues ranging from straightforward to complex ER issues. Sharing knowledge and expertise in this role is critical to it's success. You will be partnering with managers who are very customer focused and highly commercial, and as a result will be looking for solid professional and practical advice, delivered in a clear and concise manner.

Key Skills

• A strong ER background with proven experience in a similar role including effective case management

• Highly competent in employment law with the ability to handle complex and detailed issues remotely

• Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgements around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business

• Confident communicator and strong influencer with the ability to respectfully challenge and be challenged at any level

• Commercially astute and team focused with the ability to multitask and work to the changing demands of the business

• Excellent organisational and administration skills

• CIPD qualified (desirable)
