The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to recruit a driven and detail-oriented Education Candidate Manager with a focus on compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Watford and play a crucial role in recruiting exceptional educators while ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. The role will include supporting compliance functions from time to time, making it a dynamic and impactful position within our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Support:
Ensure recruitment activities align with REC regulations and company policies.
Identify and manage compliance risks, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate issues.
Provide guidance and support on compliance matters to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that all candidates meet necessary safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Candidate Management:
Source, attract, and build relationships with top-tier educators, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand regional staffing needs for both short-term and long-term roles.
Conduct candidate interviews, manage placements, and ensure timely onboarding.
Administrative and Support Duties:
Assist with the coordination of interviews, placements, and other recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Regularly update and maintain candidate pipelines to meet the staffing needs of schools.

- Has previous experience in compliance and/or administration, handling confidential information.

- Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable engaging with new clients and candidates.
- Can take constructive feedback with an open mind and foster strong, productive relationships.
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a compliance or administrative role (preferred)
- Experience in candidate acquisition or recruitment is desirable but not essential.
