Senior Environmental Specialist (BREEAM) - London

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an experienced team filled with energy and environmental specialists. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the company and having a say in key decisions made across the business.

The successful Environmental Specialist will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in environmental assessment and consultancy for residential and non-residential development AND/OR experience and qualification (license) for one of the following: CEEQUAL, BREEAM, Home Quality Mark.
  • A relevant degree and/or substantial experience in the sector.
  • Membership or working towards a relevant industry body (e.g., CIBSE, EI, IMechE, IEMA, IEnvSc etc.).
  • Project management experience, ideally for multi-service energy and environmental consultancy projects.
  • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act and other relevant health and safety requirements for working on construction projects.

Job responsibilities of the Senior Environmental Specialist:

  • Lead the delivering of environmental assessment projects
  • Using existing knowledge and skills to coordinate delivery of projects by more junior employees
  • The management and leadership of multi-disciplinary projects, responding to client briefs offering a range of innovative strategies and solutions to clients.
