Are you looking for an immediate temporary role with the potential to turn into a permanent position? Do you enjoy working in a factory environment, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit team?
We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established company in Watford. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and gain experience in a factory setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and learn to use a rumbling machine (full training provided).- Load and unload parts from the machine efficiently.- Carry out general factory support duties as required.- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment.- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous factory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills.- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.- Available to start week commencing 10th February.
