About the RoleAs Senior Finance Planning Analyst, you'll be at the heart of financial decision-making, transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive business performance. This isn't just number-crunching - you'll be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping to chart the company's financial future.
What You'll Do- Partner with senior leadership to develop robust financial plans and forecasts
- Lead financial analysis across multiple business functions, identifying opportunities and risks
- Transform large, complex datasets into actionable business intelligence
- Create compelling visualizations and reports using Power BI or similar tools
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and financial systems
- Present financial insights with clarity and confidence to stakeholders at all levels
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
- Sharp analytical mind with a talent for spotting patterns in complex data
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytical tools
- Skilled communicator who can translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences
- Proactive partner who builds strong relationships across the business
