About the position of Valuation Administrator

Our client, a rapidly growing and well-established specialist lender, is seeking an experienced administrator, who is proficient in Excel to support the Asset Management team. Working in a small team, the successful candidate will be supporting with a range of administrative duties in relation to the disposal of properties under management.

We're looking to speak to driven candidates who want to be involved in a supportive team with a great working culture. Proficiency in Excel is a must have for this role and the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of formulas and be able to develop spreadsheets.

Responsibilities for the role of Valuation Administrator

  • Processing of invoices on spreadsheets and internal company software
  • Working through a checklist for property repossessions
  • Organising Redbook valuations
  • Liaising with utility companies regarding possessions of properties
  • Organising cleaning and clearances of properties
  • Liaising with estate agents to organise and confirm appointments
  • Handling and maintaining spreadsheets, feeding into the weekly reporting.
  • Supporting the Asset Management team with ad hoc tasks
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Maintain databases
  • Arranging buildings insurance.
  • Adhere to GDPR and FCA regulations

Experience and skills required Valuation Administrator

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable
