Finance Director - West Hertfordshire | circa £100k per annum ??
I’m conducting an exclusive search for a Hertfordshire based client who is looking for a hands-on Finance Director to join their business during a crucial period. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the sale of one of the companies within their group, with the potential to transition into the CFO position following the transaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the due diligence process and overseeing all M&A-related financial reporting to ensure the business is fully prepared for sale.
? Managing requests from potential buyers and ensuring timely and accurate financial data is provided throughout the sale.
? Rolling up your sleeves and getting to grips with the business’s reporting, financials, improving the reporting framework to ensure everything is aligned with the sale requirements.
? Partnering closely with the leadership team to drive operational efficiency and financial clarity during a period of change.
You will be fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional, experienced in M&A, due diligence, and business sales, with a strong track record of handling complex financial reporting and transaction processes.
