About the RoleAs Interim Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial efficiency and contributing to the growth of a thriving international business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee key financial operations and lead a dedicated finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a small finance team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and monitor cash flows across international entities.
- Oversee and improve controls, addressing outdated processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage and reconcile loan accounts, overdrafts, and multi-currency operations.
- Review journals, reconciliations, and month-end variances, resolving queries.
- Prepare and present monthly reconciliation packs for multiple entities.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and produce annual financial statements.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with:
- Proven experience in international finance and multi-currency transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication abilities to work across teams and liaise with external partners.
- Previous exposure to enhancing controls and implementing process improvements.
