Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager on behalf of a leading International Group based in Watford.
This is a key role within the Group, overseeing the UK entities financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making within the business. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will drive process improvements, manage a small team of 3, and play a pivotal role in the company reporting.
The Role:
- Monthly Reporting: Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of 3, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and provide financial insights.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver ongoing forecasts, identifying key trends and risks.
- Process Improvements: Drive efficiencies across the finance function, implementing best practices and streamlining operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Candidates who are not qualified may also be considered.
- Previous Team Management experience.
- Multi-Currency Experience is desirable.
- Experience working in a Group is desirable.
