Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely monthly management reports, and overseeing all finance operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.The Candidate

With proven experience in an SME environment, you will be "hands-on", adaptable, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will bring a solid foundation in accounting and finance, with strong communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across teams.
