Location: Offices close to Watford (Hertfordshire)

Package: £65k-£75k, plus competitive bonus and excellent benefits package with hybrid working

With offices near Watford, my client is a reputable Independent firm of Chartered Financial Advisers that has a long history of giving clients in Hertfordshire the best non-jargon-based advice possible on trusts, mortgages, investments, retirement planning, pensions, tax planning, IHT, and protections. After more than six years of close collaboration, we have watched this firm develop naturally and have placed several people with them who have flourished under their guidance and support.

After meeting with the founding partner, I was given a new post as an experienced Financial Adviser who can collaborate closely with one of their senior financial advisers, who is set to retire in the upcoming year.

The chosen candidate will enjoy a high level of autonomy along with the bonus of receiving as much help and direction as needed to make sure they possess the technical skills needed for this position. To fill in any knowledge or skill gaps, comprehensive on-the-job training will be offered. There will also be full paraplanning help available.

Our client offers their employees a warm, encouraging work atmosphere where everyone is respected and feels valued. The Senior Management Team also maintains an open-door policy, encouraging anyone to bring up any concerns or suggestions they may have for enhancing productivity and the client and employee experiences. The company, which is chartered, is eager for each of its Financial Advisors to

Since the company is Chartered, they are eager for each of their financial advisors to get chartered as well, thus full study support will be covered for anyone who choose to pursue this goal.

Our client would like to speak with you if you are seeking a career rather than a job and have approximately three years of experience providing financial advice. One additional benefit of the role is that it gives you a solid clientele, which frees you up to concentrate more on offering your clients high-quality services rather than always finding new clients and hitting ever-higher sales targets. The additional benefit of having a split office and home base is also included.

If this Financial Advisor role sounds of interest or any other roles, or you would like to discuss other opportunities that I am current working on, then please get in touch. For more details, please contact Sam Negbenebor at Financial Divisions.
