Job Description: Warehouse/Forklift Operator
Location: WatfordHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility)Salary: £26,000 per annumBenefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 25 days holiday (increasing to 28 days after 5 years), plus bank holidays, Opportunity to earn a sales team-target led bonus approx. £200-£250 p/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Forklift Licence (having a Counterbalance Licence as well is a benefit).
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
