We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Watford to begin asap. The role will be full time, 8.30am-4pm Monday-Friday, term time only.

Main duties and responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor will be as follows:

Independently cover absent teachers across the school
Support students who have difficulties
Deliver pre-planned lessons
Encourage students to engage with their learning proactively
Help students reach their attainment levels
Manage behaviour effectively
Provide a safe learning enviornment
Liaise with senior staff /colleagues

Requirements for Cover Supervisor role:

Degree level qualifications
Must have a good understanding of the UK curriculum
Previous classroom /teaching/cover supervisor experience
Experience managing behaviour
An understanding of leading and directing a class
Strong knowledge of safeguarding
