What is a Cover Supervisor?As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting students in the absence of their regular teachers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and have strong communication and organisational skills. No formal teaching qualifications are required, though prior experience working with young people is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and ensure students remain on task
  • Provide support to students to ensure positive learning experiences
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, productive environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing resources when required
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff about student progress

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
