Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site logistics and traffic management.
- Coordinate and organise labour and plant operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide clear communication and leadership to the on-site team.
- Maintain high standards of productivity and site organization.
Requirements:
- SMSTS or SSSTScertification (essential).
- ValidCSCScard (essential).
- First Aidcertification (essential).
- Proven track record in supervising earthworks or similar construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
