Description
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare detailed reports that highlight findings to inform business decisions
- Work closely with the Analytics team to establish and meet data-related objectives
- Implement innovative BI tools and systems
- Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and direct data requirements
- Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant data for analysis
- Protect data integrity and keep sensitive company information confidential
Profile
A successful Graduate BI Analyst should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in data mining, SQL, and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy
